How do I convert the session time to my local time?
All sessions are based on Central European Summer Time (CEST). We recommend verifying your local time for the training dates, as time zones may vary due to daylight saving changes.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You have the opportunity to cancel and receive a full refund WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE, as long as the training has not yet started OR NO RELATED MATERIALS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED. After the 14 days — as previously indicated — no refunds will be issued. However, if you are unable to attend, you will have the option to request the transfer of your enrollment to a future available cohort.
