Developed by a European expert team in AI, HR, Data, and AI Governance:

The programme delivers practical insight and provides training recognition, acknowledging the organisation’s commitment to promoting the responsible use of AI within its HR function.

This corporate training equips HR teams with a practical understanding to engage responsibly with AI:

Covering where and how AI is used in HR,

How to recognise legal and ethical risk areas, and

How to support human-centred AI practices aligned with EU expectations.

AI is already shaping recruitment, performance evaluation, workforce monitoring, and decision-making in HR.

In the EU, the use of these systems is classified as high-risk under the EU AI Act, with clear obligations and penalties for non-compliance.

Train your HR team. Reduce risk. Build trust!
